Automate Calendar Invites

Without Coding

Hey there!

We’ve walked through Google Sheets to Calendar integrations on two previous occasions (one & two), but today, I want to show you an even simpler way to automate calendar invites using a 3rd party tool.

Lido is a very handy automation tool built to integrate with and enhance your Google Sheets.

The interface is a spreadsheet just like we’re used to in Sheets or Excel.

Our data lives in our regular Google Sheet.

But then we can enhance it by using built-in, Lido-specific, custom formulas. The advantage being that we write them just like we’re used to: inside a cell instead of having to use Apps Script or VBA.

Under the hood, the same things are happening as if we coded our own solution, but we’ve stripped away some of the complexity by doing things from Lido.

We can also set up an automation to run on a regular basis instead of having to set up our own trigger in Google Sheets.

Check out the video walkthrough of all of this below where I create this functionality from scratch. And if you’re interested in using Lido yourself, use this partner link to support my channel.

You can try everything out for free, and the free plan itself is pretty generous. If you need additional features, though, you'll get a discount using my link. 😉

Thank you so much!

It means a lot that you’ve read this, and I hope it’s informed and/or entertained you for a few moments today!
